SHRIMP THERMIDOR RECIPE

Serves: 1

Preparation Time: 10 MINS.

Cooking Time:      25 MINS.

 INGREDIENTS

  • Shrimp
  • 1 pc bell pepper
  • 1 pc scallion
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper

FOR THE SAUCE:

  • Butter
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Cream

PROCEDURE

  1. Devein the shrimp and cut into half and bake in 2 minutes at 300 ° F.
  2. Remove and reserve the shell and reserve the meat of shrimp. Add the chopped bell pepper and grated cheese.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  4. Grease the baking pan and place the shrimp shells into baking pan. Add the meat into shrimp shells and bake 450° F until it melts the cheese.
  5. Then top the scallions.

FOR THE SAUCE:

  1. Melt the butter into sauce pan and add smoke paprika.
  2. Simmer the sauce and temper the cream.
