HOT BUFFALO WINGS RECIPE
Preparation Time: 10 MINS
Cooking Time: 30 MINS
- 3pcs chicken wings
- 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 cup hot sauce
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp cayenne
- 1tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
BLUE CHEESE DIP:
- 2tbsp mayonnaise
- 3tbsp cream
- 1tsp sugar
- ½ salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp. blue cheese
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Marinate 2 to 4 hours in chiller.
- Bake in oven at 200C or 400F for 30 minutes or until brown.
BLUE CHEESE DIP:
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
- Add 5tbsp yogurt.
