Preparation Time: 10 Minutes 

Cooking Time: 25 Minutes


  • Portion ground beef with fat
  • ½ pc carrot (finely minced)
  • 1 pc onion-red (finely minced)
  • 1 pc garlic (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp. celery (finely minced)
  • 1 pc egg (whole)
  • 2 tbsp. cheddar cheese (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Bacon
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Slice Cheese


  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, carrot, celery, onion. Garlic, egg and cheese.
  2. Form patties and chill for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Pan roast 4-5 minutes per side.

Assemble bacon, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and slice cheese in hamburger buns together with the patty.
