CONVECTION OVEN ROAST CHICKEN RECIPE

Serves: 3-4

Preparation Time: 10 MINS.

Cooking Time:      40-50 MINS.

 INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 2tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2tbsp fennel seeds
  • 4tbsp rock salt
  • 4tbsp pepper

PROCEDURE

  1. Roast coriander seeds and fennel seeds until fragrant.
  2. Crush seeds with salt and pepper using mortar and pestle.
  3. Rub on chicken with olive oil.
  4. Roast in oven at 200 °C. Turn every 15 minutes until 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven once the chicken is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
