CONVECTION OVEN ROAST CHICKEN RECIPE
Preparation Time: 10 MINS.
Cooking Time: 40-50 MINS.
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 2tbsp coriander seeds
- 2tbsp fennel seeds
- 4tbsp rock salt
- 4tbsp pepper
- Roast coriander seeds and fennel seeds until fragrant.
- Crush seeds with salt and pepper using mortar and pestle.
- Rub on chicken with olive oil.
- Roast in oven at 200 °C. Turn every 15 minutes until 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven once the chicken is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Serve hot with rice.
